Celebrations Catering was privileged to cater last night’s opening of “Quilting Natural Florida II” at the Florida Museum of Natural History. Museum members had a first look at more than 100 quilts, created by artists in Florida as well as 12 other states, and from countries as far away as Sweden. Every color of the rainbow has been used to create one-of-a-kind quilts that depict Florida’s unique plant and animal life, and our state’s beautiful natural landscapes. Festive food and drink provided by Celebrations Catering was enjoyed by the museum members as they took in the visual and textural beauty of these colorful works of art that celebrate Florida’s rich and diverse natural legacy.
Blogging With Passion!
Running an event business is not my job, it's my passion. I know you've heard slogans like this before, but, for me, I've made the suggestion a truth. I actually thrive on each and every inspiration that crosses my perceptual path. The fact that I can implement these cognitions into my work, all day, every day...well quite frankly, it's nirvanna for me.
Observing nature, textures, design, trends, people, eating habits, cultures etc.is not optional for me. This is what I do best. Intuition for event design, recipes, floor plans, and food portions comes directly from what I see around me. Sharing all of this with you, and making a career out of it all makes me happy. Positively, Leah
