I was 100% confident that it would be wonderful.  Celebrations did not disappoint.  The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and feedback from attendees was very complimentary.  Your staff were so
pleasant to work with and worked very hard to make this event such a success.  Thank you so very much. 

Friday night was a smashing success. Everyone kept telling me how great the food was. Tyler and the other staff were wonderful. The parents were so impressed with the quality of food. Dr. Armstrong is going have his secretary start using Celebrations and Café C for their functions. He really liked the spring rolls and the desserts. The Gator cookies were so cute! Alison D. You catered for a memorial service last night for Dr. Seeger (UF Department of Surgery).  I wanted to write and personally thank you for the beautiful presentation, wonderful food, and the warm and attentive staff you provided.  This was our final  tribute to Dr. Seeger, and a celebration of a well-lived life.  Thank you for making the event as special and classy as the man himself.  Earlier this year you provided catering services for our end-of-the year chief resident graduation dinner.  It was equally well done, and you helped us to acknowledge the importance of a decade’s worth of training for these physicians.  Again, thank you so much for making our events extra special.  Barbara A. Brilliant!  Smooth sailing!  Kristen, Chris and the entire crew were spot on–helpful with little thangs–opening wine bottles or placing the table signs……..string lights made for good atmosphere.  It was a terrific party!  Food was scrumptious and i loved the mix of tables used to served food, it reduced the cattle line line-up at the carving table.  thank you so VERY very much. I just wanted to let you know what an amazing job Marcella has done for us. I called the Celebrations office yesterday in a panic. Someone had forgotten to order a lunch for today. Marcella took care of everything. I appreciate her friendliness and attention to detail. She was like “relax, we can do it”. She created a lunch for 50 people on super short notice. The food is terrific. The tossed salad is amazing. I am drooling as I think about good the raspberry vinegar dressing.   Tracy is a joy to work with. She always takes great care of the UFCOM Admissions Office food needs. Be it our interview Friday lunches or other events. She is creative, helpful and friendly. I like how I can bounce menu options around with her and that she will ask “how about this instead of that”. Her suggestions are always exactly what I am looking for. I know the food for the reception tonight, breakfast and lunch tomorrow will be outstanding. We choose Celebrations because you take excellent care of us and provide excellent food and service. You have an amazing staff who always “go the extra mile” for us. Your entire team was fabulous! Eddie and the other female on team Icee got on stage and danced – it was hilarious!
